Why do you think Ford V Ferrari moved? On Twitter someone mentioned a test screening on the 28th.

June 28th is crowded. Annabelle 3 recently moved up there, Limited Partners could be a sleeper hit (Tiffany Haddish directed by Miguel Arteta could be that worthy follow-up to Girls Trip Haddish has been looking for), and Yesterday's Beatles/Richard Curtis combination will sell (Danny Boyle adds some pedigree but he's so-so at the box office). And there's the 47 Meters Down sequel, which may or may not retain the first film's audience.

Also, there's The Other Side of Heaven 2, which should be big in Mormon country (the first grossed close to $5 million in 2001 and snagged a home video deal with Disney, partly because Anne Hathaway filmed it before The Princess Diaries opened).

I don't understand why Paramount Players didn't send a preview for Limited Partners with What Men Want

Filming didn't start until around October (and it was Paramount's main division that greenlighted it, not the Players division that was formed for titles produced by the TV divisions). I'd expect a trailer sometime next month (it would seem a good fit for it to be the Paramount inclusion for Captain Marvel).

The Man Who Killed Don Quixote will screen for one night only on April 10th, via Fathom Events.

Also, Lionsgate has picked up Edward Zwick's newest film, Trial by Fire, and will open on May 17th.

Hotel Transylvania 4 will open on 12/21/2021. Did we really need a fourth one?

And Wild Rose has been pushed to 6/14/2019 (from 5/10/2019). Could The Biggest Little Farm have a big push in May?

Also, Sony has scheduled yet another religious sports film for 4/10/2020. I'm betting that the sport is football, again.

Somehow, I think Hotel Transylvania is the only animated franchise I've never seen a single second of - even though the 3rd is on Netflix now.

Actually, on second thought, I've never seen any Ice Age movie either.

In an absolutely baffling move, Warner Brothers has moved The Kitchen from a nearly empty September 20th slate to August 9th-which currently has 5 other wide releases on the schedule.

Aquaman 2 will open on 12/16/2022.

As for The Kitchen date change, I have a feeling a few of those movies will change dates. Midsommer could move up while Brian Banks could end up being a limited release before expanding wide. And who knows what will happen to Where Did You Go, Bernadette?

Neon has acquired the rights to the Sundance Grand Jury Prize winner Clemency. For those playing at home, this is their 5th acquisition from this year's festival.

And the Audience Award winner last year still has never been picked up (even though Lionsgate was supposedly close to a deal months ago). Just let Netflix release this one.
