I'm somewhat surprised that Lionsgate still believes in Butler, seeing how his most recent one was pretty much a straight-to-DVD title. But then again, Greenland did well enough internationally to get a sequel greenlighted.

Orphan: First Kill will be getting a simultaneous theatrical/Paramount+/VOD release on August 19th. Surprised this isn't Paramount+ only as Orphan never had the popularity of another 2009 horror film that had a recent sequel get dumped onto Paramount+ with little fanfare.

Confess, Fletch got picked up by Paramount/Showtime and will have a day-and-date release on September 16th ahead of a Showtime bow on October 28th.
