The latest I heard in Vancouver is no gatherings above 250 people are allowed, but my local theatre only seats 400 and is rarely close to full, so I think they can stay open for now, but the way things change so rapidly, who knows? And will anyone even show up? I know the stock market's taking a beating but I wonder how streaming service stocks are doing? Probably okay.

Honestly, I doubt theaters will be open past this weekend. I'd venture out one last time, but a B-level thriller and a shitty Vin Diesel movie aren't enough to entice me to risk it

Seriously considering cancelling my Season Pass though, I don't see going to the movies until mid-May (and that's only if Black Widow keeps its date). And I'd probably sign back up in June when Wonder Woman opens (if it does).

No closings are happening near me. Of course, there's only been one (seemingly unconfirmed) case in my area.

Meanwhile, Universal and the independents still have not announced delays.

And I'd keep that Season Pass, Banks. You've got an insane amount of rep screenings at your theatres that can make it worth it. Also, you're still paying less than three visits a month. I mean, I only had to pay a Convenience Fee to watch the Pete Davidson movie that got dumped today.

Man from Toronto is definitely not making its date now. Sony just stopped production, along with all other Sony titles.

Same thing at Warner Bros.

Matrix 4 is still in production apparently, though it will no doubt be forced to shut down soon enough. WB seems adamant on releasing it in May 2021.

Shut down.

Black Widow finally abandoned it's May 1st date. It's looking like we won't be getting anything in theaters until June at the very earliest.

It wouldn't surprise me to see Black Widow take the 4th Of July weekend - I am starting to think Free Guy will be delayed, virus or not - there's been no marketing since December.

If it does move to July, then RIP Minions at the box office.

Idk if Wonder Woman, Spongebob, and Scoob are going to get delayed too. Time will tell.

Doubt Minions would be damaged by Black Widow (which looks darker and less fantastical than most Marvel films, and probably won't have as much appeal to Minion's target audience).

Point taken.

Also, as mentioned in the link StarLord posted and I don't know if anyone in the forum has mentioned this yet, Woman In The Window and David Copperfield have also been delayed to unspecified dates.

Not surprised The Lovebirds got sold to Netflix. It looked like a bust critically and financially.
