Pretty much it says New Moon is assured the single day record and is expecting between $110 and $125 weekend. By 5:00 it had already grossed $50 M for the day. They're expecting a foreign gross of $150 M for the weekend.

Second biggest weekend? This may beat out TDK's OW and become the biggest ever.

TDK made $150, while Mamma Mia made $25M and 4 others made over $10M.

This weekend, New Moon might hit $120, 2012 might make $30, The Blind Side could hit $25, Precious will probably get $20-$25, Planet 51 could go anywhere from $10-$20, and Christmas Carol will still have a great hold.

It may be a long shot, but it's possible.

The Blind Side was selling out shows left and right here (along with Twilight). I had to go to another theatre to see it (due to the theatre closer to me selling out) and even that theatre was near full.

Shrykespeare wrote:$100 million? I'll believe that when I see it.

And I still think Blind Side can top $20M.
Believe it yet?
