Inception was the one i was counting as an original idea. And busc your probly the only person who thinks that knight and day is going to make the top 15. tom cruise as a spy:almost every movie he does. tom cruise as a creepy crazy guy: real life. for all we know mr cruise finally went totally crazy and started to believe he really was a spy and regency was like; put cameron diaz in there and we'll follow him around with cameras for a while and we'll do some editing and make it into a movie.

Tom Cruise did have Tropic Thunder and Valkyrie back in 2008 (both did surprisingly well, especially Valkyrie). And I only seem to remember Tom Cruise playing a spy in the Mission: Impossible movies (more action than romantic comedy) and Valkyrie (a historical drama). Otherwise, he's played different roles than "just spies". Knight and Day is also the only romantic comedy opening in July. Despite competition from Eclipse, older audiences have proved time and time again that they watch movies too. Also, the trailer got a surprisingly good reaction when I saw it before Avatar.

Also, The Last Airbender will definitely flop (Remember Speed Racer and Astro Boy's numbers? American adaptations of anime rarely do well at the box office.). I'll be surprised if it hits even $50 million.

I think that Alice can't miss final top 10. We have 3 players who didn't chose it in their top 10 for v2.

SO, v1 is LOCKED, BUT you can replace for v2 ANY movie that isn't already released.

I'm still waiting for players for v2. JackO, where are youuu?!! A_Roode, Mannix2121, J.I., Donte77, SuperShaan, BarcaRulz, jas_8382, becs,
aquamann2001, transformers2, geezer9687, Lili, Keyser Soze, IPKI$$, BanksIsDaFuture, leestu, Alyson, johnErle... anyone? everybody's invited!

Even if you missed Alice, you can still WIN! So, choose 15 movies carefully in order of potential cumes AND keep your eyes WIDE OPEN - you can still replace them after that, unless they are already released...

I hope that we'll have a "double" Super-contest more entertaining (because of v2) than the last one.

...and MAY the BEST W-I-N! :D

EH don't wait on me, I've had to cut back on my playtime for everything these days. As much as I would like to participate, work is dominating me too mcuh to spend the time looking into what is coming out for the rest of the year.
At least we can abort fetuses. Bad grammar and language last a lifetime.

for v1, 10 irreplaceable movies, How To Train Your Dragon has been chosen by 3 players: Buscemi, Shrykespeare and englishozzy.
for v2, with 15 replaceable movies, How To Train Your Dragon has been chosen by 4 players: Buscemi, Shrykespeare, englishozzy and silversurfer19.

After an OW not very good, WOM will wind it up, and can make $146-153 M, max. $160-170 M.

for v1, 10 irreplaceable movies, Clash of the Titans has been chosen by 3 players: delfinasu, undeadmonkey and thswrestler160.
for v2, with 15 replaceable movies, Clash of the Titans has been chosen by 7 players: delfinasu,
Buscemi, Shrykespeare, undeadmonkey, thswrestler160, silversurfer19 and W.

Nikki Finke said $65 M for OW. We'll see. The reviews are not very good.
It also doesn't have the Anticipation Level of "300" - 70/210. I will not be surprised at all if it only gain $ 155-175 M... but I hope for more - 195-215...

v2 was created to be more dynamic. Nobody had made any replacements until now...
You can put it there. And I'll update your slate. Just remember, as long as a movie wasn't already released, you can replace it. You'll be able also to move it (from rank 4 to rank 10 for example)...
If a movie is already released, its rank will be locked...

Can you replace a movie that has a date changed out of the game's period? The Green Hornet has been moved to 2011.

If so I'd like to drop The Green hornet from both of my lists, and replace it with Tron Legacy

1: Iron Man 2
2: Toy Story 3
3: Harry Potter 7
4: Twilight 3
5: Shrek Forever After
6: Alice in Wonderland
7: Green Hornet REPLACE WITH TRON LEGACY
8: Yogi Bear
9: Dinner for Schmucks
10: Rapunzel
11: Sex and the City 2
12: Little Fockers
13: Expendables
14: Karate Kid
15: Inception

Done for v2. You can do replacements only for v2 (15 movies).
Unfortunately v1 is LOCKED for all of us... 2 years ago Harry Potter was our mistake...
Sadly, you were the only player who made a bet on Green Hornet. BUT who knows, anything can happen next...

Other possible finish lines:
