And now we're about to enter the final round of the draft, gentlemen.

Someone get Banks. He's active on Instagram if you need to message him.

For my last two picks, I'll go with Anna Kendrick's The Dating Game and Jonathan Majors' Magazine Dreams (and hope his reputation is a little bit cleared up by then..)

Even when you factor in the dart-throwing nature of the last round, Magazine Dreams is a really risky pick. Even if Majors gets acquitted, a disturbing movie where he plays a roided-out bodybuilder is going to be a brutally tough sell given the violent nature of his accused crimes and it would be a shock if Disney moved forward with the huge Oscar campaign they were planning for him when they bought the film out of Sundance.

Anyways for my last pick, I'm going to go with The Bikeriders. Jeff Nichols hasn't had a ton of box office success over his career, but hopefully a 20th Century-backed crime drama about a 60's-biker gang led by Tom Hardy, Jodie Comer and Austin Butler will change that.

Apparently, Netflix picked up the US rights to The Dating Game so if it plays in theatres, it more than likely won't report.

Netflix dumped the rights to The Dating Game before Kendrick even signed onto star and direct it and the US rights didn't get purchased when the producers made a ton of international deals last fall.

Shouldn't have trusted IMDb then.

Meanwhile, I'm amazed Netflix would drop a film on Rodney Alcala. True crime is one of their biggest genres.

Hoping Anna Kendrick's name is enough for a studio to take a chance on it, especially being her directorial debut. Even if Lionsgate weirdly dumped Alice, Darling in January, and somehow only in AMC theaters (??)..

Magazine Dreams could totally be buried, but if he's cleared, I'm hoping people will come back around, especially with Loki Season 2 coming sometime this year.

Curse you, Tranny, I was convinced The Bikeriders would come to me.

Okay, I'll go for something boring

The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare

Even if it performs like Ritchie's last film, it will be worth it.

Pitch Perfect was years ago and Kendrick never really capitalized on the success of the first two films. Unless The Dating Game is really good and the story of Rodney Alcala develops a fascination with the public on the level of Bundy or Dahmer, it likely ends up at a day-and-date label like Vertical.

You were very close to that happening as I was considering a film that I'm personally very excited for to end things on a sentimental note, but ultimately decided that wasn't the right approach to take.

There's a saying in France that says "There two without three", so I'll draft a third film I already drafted last year.
Now that Legendary and Sony signed a distribution deal, I guess they'll finally release Brothers. And with the last Best Actor Oscar winner in it, they'll won't wait two years I hope.
