I'll finish R4 with The Meg 2. And pick The Fall Guy for start of R5

I've had my fill of remakes and superheroes so I'll take something riskier... Mickey 17

No idea if it makes this date but it's in post-production and with Bong Joon-ho coming off a Best Director win and RPatt starring, it could do well. At the very least, this is one I actually want to see.
A sci-fi space movie directed by Bong Joon-ho, starring Pattinson, Toni Collette, Steven Yeun, and Mark Ruffalo? Yeah, that's gonna be a must watch for me.

It probably won't get IMAX because of Spider-Verse 3, but I can see WB giving this a big ole release. Could be a great pick.

If it keeps its date, Mickey 17 could be a great pick indeed. My fear towards it, and why I would have waited, is that out of the spring 2024 dated films, this is the one I feel is the most likely to be delayed. Because if Warner likes the film, with Bong's history at Cannes, the film could be delayed to premiere there.

Despite the pedigree of Bong and the cast, I'd argue that Beyond the Spider-Verse is the more likely of the two to move. Those movies take a very long time to animate and considering that Across Spider-Verse wasn't finished as of last week when Kemp Powers spoke at CinemaCon, it might not be possible to have the follow-up ready basically 10 months later.

Oh yes, the 3rd Spiderverse is a big question mark, I didn't dare to consider that one.

Shryke's 12 hour window to make his pick is officially over.
I hope everything's fine for our favorite MC, as it does not look like him to miss his window. I've sent him messages through Facebook and email but did not get an aswer. It's time for bed here in Paris. I hope our Arizona man will come back while I'm away and the steam picks up on the draft. I'll be back in 7 or 8 hours.
Spectre, if you're around, you're allowed to make your pick anytime you want.

I’m going to give Shryke the benefit of the doubt and hold off until I go to bed in 4 hours.

If he’s not back at that point, I’ll pick so I don’t time out before I wake up.

I would contact him through Facebook, but I can't access my account (I think I might have accidentally deleted it).

Hope everything is okay!

In the interest of not getting skipped myself, I’ll take Trolls Band Together. No idea how this one will do given how the 2nd movie was dumped to streaming during the pandemic but it’s worth a shot here, especially with all the boy band jokes they’ll be making.

Hope the Shrykester is alright.

I'll do Haunted Mansion and trust that it's nearly as good as the original Pirates.

Damn, I was hoping Haunted Mansion would fall back to me. It was close. Good pick for 5th round, Walleye.

Any word from Shryke?

If not, I will take The Boogeyman.
