Not much left on the release dates here, so I'll take Eli Roth's Thanksgiving and hope Addison Rae fans go to the theater. And then another fall horror movie, but with no date yet: MaXXXine.

Thanksgiving has already been picked by Ron, Banks, you need to change it.

Bold strategy to take MaXXXine. It could very well be rated NC-17*, of which few theatres will book, and the first two films flopped.

I never got why A24 decided this needed to be a trilogy, especially before the first even opened.

* - Yes, I know A24 has a no NC-17 policy but I can't imagine something like this being an R without being severely edited down.

Instead of Thanksgiving, give me the other most anticipated of the Thanksgiving holiday with the religious musical (!) Journey To Bethelem.

I can only hope for some Jesus Revolution-type box office here...

Highly doubt it'll be NC-17, the first two weren't and this isn't going to be much different. Just in the 80s. I'm hoping the 80s disco/club setting will help it stand out as a horror, and get some other people other than the A24 faithful to come out and see it.

Especially if it's dated in September like Pearl, where the only competition is The Nun 2.

I'll take Horizon : An American Saga, and hope Yellowstone's popularity will help Costner 's first directorial effort in 20 years be successful. And of course, hope it gets released on time

Warner Bros. and Costner are planning four of them so they could save it for next summer.

What is the response to the Seinfeld finale, Ken and/or Mayim?

I will take Past Lives.
It's not destroying. It's making something new.

We're all just taking shots in the dark now, right? So I'll take Bad Boys 4. I bet it totally gets done and is released in January. And everyone loves Will Smith again.

When I first researched for the draft I had put Bad Boys 4 on my list as the most interesting TBD pick to make, but with the writer's strike in Hollywood while they are still shooting, I'm wary. If it does get done in time and released in early 2024, it will be a terrific 10th round pick for sure.
