Rules:
Waivers is a 48 hour period for drops, date changes, and additions to the waiver wire. Waivers start when a film is posted here, the Division B full year draft league, The Latest Date Changes thread, and also when a film is dropped by another player.

During this period you can stake your claim for a film on the list, but it is NOT first come, first serve. The highest person on the waiver wire (1 being the highest) that stakes a claim during the 48 hour window gets the film. This in turn, moves them to the bottom of the wire. The first waiver wire is in the reverse order of the first round of the draft.

Anything that passes the 48 hour waiver period is free to be chosen without losing your waiver position

You cannot add or drop any film with a release date within 2 weeks (14 days) of the current date. This rule is only in effect until 1/1/2020.

Guys, just setting this up now. Let's wait until Division B finishes (estimated July 2020) before we suggest films to put down on the wire.

If there's any debate or questioning regarding the rules, now's a good time to do it.
