So now it's looking like the top 3 will be Jas, Walleye, and Chien, with myself and Boosch battling for 4th.

Glad I was able to clear $1B again this year thanks to The Upside!

And yet I still might get demoted... the fact that we could have someone in this league cross $1B and still get demoted is crazy. Would be the highest score ever sent down by a longshot.

I think you're safe. Geezer and Shaan won't hit a billion, and unless Shazam goes hog wild, leestu won't either.

Shazam is the biggest wild card of the Spring. Depending on how the previews on Saturday go, this could be a massive hit or a big flop (early word does mention it's a bit cheesy).

Shazam and Pet Sematary could both blow up... I've read really good things about each. Not counting myself safe by any stretch.

I'm not too big on Pet Sematary. I've read the third act is much different than the previous adaptation as well as King's novel but there's a possibility that could alienate those who want what they are familiar with and those who want the first two-thirds to be different from the 1989 version.

It's too much to expect It/A Quiet Place numbers on this one. I'm thinking it opens well but drops fast, even with The Curse of La Llorona being terrible.

Lastly, is anyone else getting bored by Jason Clarke? He seems to feel like the generic brand version of Joel Edgerton.

Pet Sematary reminds me of the Evil Dead remake. An established name, heavy marketing, and great buzz out of SXSW, but with divisive reactions from die-hards. I see the film playing similarly.
It's not destroying. It's making something new.

The answer is No boosh

Jason Clarke is a very good actor, i think he has been slightly miscast in his last few films purely cause these are the roles for him to land. Possibly a case of working vs not working?
That said, i really want to see him in a major villain role, he has the face for it.

I thought he was good in Chappaquiddick.
Tenet: Criterion Edition. Now with more Backwards Man.

I hope you're right, I'm not so sure I'll be able to finish third.

I lost 26 million this week. Did cinemas give people their money back?

I need Shazam and Pet Sematary to overperform.

Alright, you can get your money back from exactly 3 movies. Make your choices wisely.

Me -
Interview with a Vampire - hated this on so many levels. Bleah.
Top Five - I'm no prude but this was just way too vulgar for me. The few times I laughed weren't worth it.
Independence Day: Resurgence - Everything that was wonderful about the first one was horribly ruined by the sequel.

Ready Player One
Bad Moms
This is the End

All three of these grossed over $100 million at the box office and got 1/10 scores from me.
