I'll take Unbroken: The Path To Redemption.

I’ve reached the end of my draft :( Guess I’ll go for a couple TBAs since Death Wish worked out well last year.

I’ll start with Dragged Across Concrete. It’s in post after being sold to Lionsgate last Cannes, Gibson/Vaughn bring enough star power and Zahler has produced quality in the past. Just need a release date to be worthwhile.

Then I’ll end my draft with Underwater. Don’t know how much I buy Kristen Stewart as a Ripley type but it has a big budget, is in post as well, and had a screening last weekend. Hopefully it’s close enough to ready that it comes out within the game.

First, the Jordan Peele project now has a name. It is called "Us."

Second, I have no problem taking a zero in round 16, so I'll take a swing just in case it does get released, and go with Silver and Black

I wouldn't be surprised to see Dragged Across Concrete get an NC-17 and try to go wide (which would make it the first to do so since Showgirls). Zahler's films are very graphic (so are his books, Mean Business on North Gansel Street would make a good police drama but a lot would need to be toned down for the screen) and I can't imagine how anyone could tone down his material to an R.

Lionsgate has to make a decision on this one.

Also, I was considering Underwater but I'm thinking it will get saved for next summer. Fox's release schedule is too crowded at the moment.

Yeah it’ll be interesting to see. I’m hoping for a hard R because I’m not sure that I’d roll with it as an NC-17 from a box office perspective. Although maybe it would be such a novelty that it’ll still drum up some interest.

Just read a test screening reaction on Aquaman and apparently, Leestu's got himself a pretty good second round pick. The mini-review compared it to the Indiana Jones movies and said it was better than Wonder Woman.

But it seems like a lot of these DC titles test well only to disappoint expectation-wise (Suicide Squad tested well and then Deadpool came out).

For my final pick, I'm going to take a project that's been seemingly cursed, from its near twenty-year period in development hell to a crew member dying on set a few months back. However, it is part of Warner Bros.' new production slate and is set to be a comeback project for its star.

After much much much hesitation with another very different film, my last pick in this draft will be The Red Sea Diving Resort.
Captain America in the lead, the shooting finished for months, STX distributing. Not a bad option for round 16.

I'll finish with a film that has a few titles, and is possibly planned for an April release

Is that the third Planes movie? I remember it being scheduled for 4/12/2019 but it seems to have lost its date (edit: it did, though it could still show up then or go to the streaming service).

There was footage teased at D23 last year, so I'm hoping it'll be ready. The Planes filmes didn't seem to take that long to produce, so here's hoping.

Aquamann has about 20 minutes left before he's skipped. Does anyone have Shaan's final pick?
