Re: 2017-18 Full Year Slates (Division A)
For now I'm pretty happy with where I am. 5th, with 10 more films to open from my slate, including my #2, #3 and #4, so I still have plenty of BO potential on my plate.

With Jumanji, Paddington 2, and Ready Player One, you might beat me to 2nd place Chien.

Re: 2017-18 Full Year Slates (Division A)
2nd place ?
Six, know this : I'm playing for 1st place. And so are you. Star Wars is now behind Jumanji in weekly receipts, so from now on, Jumanji is gonna get me more money than Star Wars is gonna get Geezer. He's only got 200 million more than me, and only 3 more films on his slate. All in all, I'd say his slate is gonna get him somewhere around $250M more, if Peter Rabbit is strong enough, between SW and his 3 remaining.
You've got $300M more than me, $100M more than Geezer. You've still got some juice left in your awards hopefuls, Billboard and Lady Bird, all in all I would assume, if Lady Bird and Billboard don't suddenly win all the Oscars and explode at the BO, that you might have around $200M more to cash.
So I'm well behind both of you, but Jumanji alone still has a good $75M left to cash in, at least, Paddington should be good for around the same, 12 Strong, Midnight Sun, Hurricane Heist and a final film I should add should be good for another $75M. So that's $225M, more or less. Pacific Rim 2 won't break out, but it should be good for $60/70M. That almost takes me to $300M.
And that's without Ready Player One. I have no idea, honestly, how this one is gonna play, but I'd be amazed if it didn't get me $100M at the very least, and I really think there's a strong chance I'll get much, much more than that.
So I'd say I'm good for at least $400M more, with good possibility of closing in on $500M.
With these calculations, you, Geezer and I would be separated by less than $100M. And that's without speculating on Spectre's slate with Black Panther, but he's coming from far behind.
So, all this to say, I'm not aiming for the #2 spot, I'm aiming for #1

I don’t think you need to be including me in this conversation haha, I’m going to be lucky to avoid demotion. I need Black Panther to be huge.

Don't worry Spectre you'll be far from demotion. You may be low now, but Black Panther is gonna be huge, it will take you far from the last places.
