Guess I'll have to trump you on 15:17 to Paris. I'll use my Waiver Wire spot on it, and drop Woody Woodpecker

Damn, I was hoping The 15:17 to Paris would sneak through given that there were no bids after the first day. I'll spend my #1 claim on it and drop He's Out There. It's set to start filming at the beginning of July and Eastwood has turned films around this quickly before so here's hoping he follows through. If not, I'm going to be pissed haha

I don't think this one will play like American Sniper did though. American Sniper had a big star, a hot script, and maximum appeal to middle America. This one's biggest name is that one guy from The Hunger Games.

Expect a similar result to Changeling or Invictus rather than Sniper or even Sully.

It may not but even if it does Changeling or Invictus numbers, that's still $35M off the waiver wire which is a Top 3 pickup at minimum in most years. He's at least going after the American Sniper crowd with the subject matter/military angle and if it comes out around Christmas as expected, it could do great business. There might be something bigger that comes out later but I could also end up waiting months to have nothing to grab.

Yeah, last year I used my claim on Live by Night. Whatever Clint does this year (assuming it's out in time) should be way better than that. Well, now I've got the top spot. Let's hope Jurassic World gets bumped to April!

While I'm here I'll still drop Woody Woodpecker and pick up Breathe instead. Oscar hopeful trumps the annoying bird.

Okay, woah, hold on a second everyone. Let's take a breather as there's a lot going on here.

UDM, you need to choose which films you're dropping and picking up, as you didn't get 15:17 to PAris. Also, those two other films are not on the waiver list or announced anywhere else, so they need to be put on the 48 hr waiver.

Spectre, you got 15:17 to Paris. You are dropping He's Out There

Walleye, Breathe has to go on the 48 hr waiver.

So basically, if you want a film that isn't up here, or on Div B Waiver page, or announced on the New Dates page, you have to request to put it up. I did that with 15:17 to Paris instead of taking it for myself the second it was announced.

I'll keep deadpool for now and still claiming for the other two. and yes i was assuming the animated films would go on the wire. I'm still using the waiver, if someone else wants to use their waiver positions go right ahead. I'm not trying to cheat here.
