Yeah, I'm struggling to find anything exciting that's unscheduled. Might just aim for limited releases.

Bad storms yesterday. No internet at work so it's hard to research. I may need a bit here.

Whisper it in my ear and I'll make sure not to take it.

*fingers crossed*

We did make a rule we couldn't take something like "Untitled Blah Blah Horror/Franchise film" Right? Something with a date but no attached director/star/plot.

Im thinking specifically of the Universal Monster film dated 4/13. I'll take that if it was allowed. I can't remember where we fell on these releases. If not I have another lined up.

I don't recall us changing that rule. Seems like it'll be less of an issue this time around because most of the Blumhouses have a date. I believe the rule is that you get whatever moves into that slot unless someone drafts the movie by title and it moves into that date.

Well, we've taken some Untitleds, but only when we were able to match the actual movie to the date (even if it's not confirmed). For example, this year was Simon Vs the Homo Agenda, The Post, or Smallfoot.

With the Universal Horror, I don't think there is any movie that matches.

I think it's a valid pick.

I think the rule we discussed last year was what if someone takes an untitled movie with a date, and someone else takes a specific title that's undated, and they turn out to be the same movie.

But that isn't a issue in this case.

Ok. I'll take it and hope for something decent. Tom Cruise's Mummy may destroy the franchise before it gets going though.

I've read that it's supposed to be The Wolfman and that hasn't even started filming or been cast. I wonder if they trying to see how The Mummy will do before officially greenlighting.

I'll take Call Me By Your Name. With Moonlight winning the Oscar last year, this will obviously be compared to that. and if i get $20M out of it, it'll be totally worth a 14th round pick.

Call Me By Your Name is another one I thought would last another round or two.

I'm surprised this is still on the table, so I have to take A Quiet Place.

I was hoping Call Me By Your Name would come to me. Think it's going to break out of its limited release. Well played, UDM.

Dammit, Untouchable and Call me by your name were my two next, and they're both gone this round.

Well, I'll grab Midnight Sun.
