I'm going with Jeff Nichols' next film.

Loving

The film I believe will take home the Best Picture statue next year.

Good pick. Not sure if it'll win Best Film but I suspect both leads will be nominated. I went with The Light Between Oceans instead of this just because of Disney's might.

So Oscar Bait or TBA's? Or bottom of the barrel? I'll go TBA - this looks like an easy 30 million assuming it comes out - and I think it will. I'll take McG's The Babysitter.

Now here's something interesting.

I suspect that this is the Untitled New Line Horror Film slotted for September, but I'm not 100% sure.

If Walleye picks The Babysitter and someone else picks the "Untitled New Line Horror Film", and they turn out to be the same film, then who gets it?

I'd say whoever picked it first (so Walleye). I'd actually be fine eliminating the drafting of placeholders altogether in the future to avoid this. There's a difference between a known project with no title and a date that's going to have something moved into it IMO.

Whoever picks it first seems logic. And I agree with Spectre about the possibility to eliminate, next year, those placeholders.

I will close out round 13 by taking The Edge of Seventeen and I will start round 14 by taking The Queen of Katwe.

So there I go in Division A doing all the hard research work and you losers in Division B just swoop in and take them all! Anyone for Animal Crackers or Deep Water?

I was surprised to find that Animal Crackers is going to theatres. But I guess if it's got Stallone, it's getting a wide release (see Ratchet and Clank).
