Feel free to list your movies you didn't pick and I'll add them to the list. Or someone with mod powers will.

I noticed no one picked Addicted in either league. It's the only wide release with a confirmed release date that wasn't picked by anyone.

Sundance was very good to this list, as you can see.

It pained me not to choose A Most Wanted Man with one of my final picks, but I don't know how much upside it really has. As much as I love John LeCarre and Philip Seymour Hoffman, Anton Corbjin has never made a good movie, so I don't see a ton of box office potential in America for this Euro-centric story.

I don't blame us, it looks really, really bad.

By the way, shouldn't the waiver position be the same as the starting draft position? I remember W had a reason it was meant to be like that, and not the reverse.

It should be reversed, which is how we did it last year, and how Banks set it up. Whoever got handed The Hunger Games on a silver platter shouldn't have another advantage on the waiver wire.

BTW, are you handling the Division B Waiver Wire this year or Banks? Since Banks set it up, I think that means you won't be able to edit the first post?

Ah, okay, for some reason I thought it was the original order, because it reverses the final round.

Yeah, I can't edit the opening post, so I guess Banks will have to do all the adding and removing from the waiver. Good luck [rushes out the door to the nearest bar to celebrate]

I may be the first to drop a movie, Silence was a bit of a lunge, if its directed by Scorsese, chances are its going to be primed for the following years oscars. Has anybody heard anything on it?

I think it films in Taiwan this Summer, but since Adam Driver begins Star Wars this summer, filming might get pushed.

I'm still a little confused on how this works. Let's say Ron drops his movie and wants to pick up another. Which movie is up for grabs, the one he wants, or the one he drops?

Well what should happen is that the waiver list posted above goes through a 48 waiver period. During this time if you bid for a film, and no one positioned above you bids for it, and get it you are dropped to the bottom of the waiver list.

After the initial 48 hours all of those films are free to pick up whenever you want, on a first-come-first-serve basis, and your position on the waiver wire will not drop.

However, any new films added to the list (from recommendation or films that have just been announced to be released), they go through a period of 48 hours where you need to bid and wait. Again, after the 48 hours it's free to pick up without any consequences.
