What a great finish.

However, based on this weekend's numbers, it looks like Spectre is going to prevail. Blart/Unfriended/Ride have proven more than a match for Furious 7 all by itself.

As anticipated, Boosh and Walleye will finish 4-5, and 6-10 are also set in stone, it would seem.

The final battle will be for second and third place between Brockster and JohnErle, even though both will be promoted to Division A.

I have JohnErle with a lead of $17M with basically only Home left, as well as Age of Adaline's OW. Ex-Machina and True Story may also bring in another $1M. Brockster only has Furious 7. It is going to be CLOSE, but I'll give the edge to John.

Hmm, Ninth pick, eh? I wonder what the odds of getting Star Wars with that one are?

Now that there's a break in the action in Division A, I have time to say congratulations to Spectre for winning it all. Wasn't that your first time in the draft? If so, that's even more impressive.

Thanks guys. Yeah it was my first draft so I have definite takeaways I'm going to use for the mid rounds in this year's draft (which is where I screwed up miserably last year).

I won't pretend the win wasn't luck though John... if either Aloha or In the Heart of the Sea had stuck to their spots, you would've won easily. Finishing 2nd without your 6th and 8th round picks is a crazy accomplisment. I bet you're glad I didn't pull off the SpongeBob trade though ;)

Thanks, Spectre. It's always nice to see a gracious winner.

There's always a little luck involved in a game like this, but you had a great draft across the board, which is why you wound up on top. I did get screwed royally by date changes, especially In The Heart Of The Sea which happened late in the season when there was nothing of value left to choose from, but if I'd had enough sense to grab John Wick off the waiver wire when I had the chance I also would have won, so that was bad management of the waiver wire on my behalf for the second year in a row.

I'm still very happy with second place though, and happy to be among the big boys in Division A.

Thanks for the analysis, Shryke! I didn't realize I had quite so many top 3 picks. It sure was smart of me to pick Into The Woods, right Chien? ;-)
