Since I don't get to pick either one, I'll go on record as saying that I would pick Star Wars over Avengers 2. Admittedly, my reason would be because I grew up on the original Trilogy and could not be more excited about the new one. I know in this you've got to pick based on "facts" not emotions, but my emotions win the day in the battle between those two.

Should we set up a new topic for pre draft chat?

Sounds like a good idea to me.

And, I've received several offers for my #1 pick. While that intrigues me, I don't think there is a deal out there that can make it worth giving up $500+ million.

:D

Thanks Shryke !!! So glad to win this. It's been a great year, although I spent half the year in the basement, funnily enough, without a single summer blockbuster on my slate (my biggest summer film was "Stay with Me" !!).

Congrats Chien!!! You should ring up Clint and thank him for convincing all those right wing Middle Americans to put down their guns for a second and go to the movies for once! :D

And to Shaan as well, who had a great draft.

I did ring him, Banks, and he told me "Whaaaaat ? You picked my movie in the 9th round ? And people didn't believe you when you told them it would get released in time and had the potential to do as well as Million Dollar Baby ? Good for you it did even better" ;)
He also told me "But why on Earth did you pick Mortdecai ?!?"

Nice stats Shryke ! Thanks !

The interview's fate hurt me, but besides the monster that was American sniper, I was also helped by my late rounds picks that gave me solid income, Ouija, If I Stay, John Wick, which I pick in the last rounds or on the wire brought me some welcomed money. They were very valuable too. I hope this year I made good late rounds choices too.
