Are these positions set in stone?
IF so does that mean that the first few picks (i.e. the ones before the demoted 3 are confirmed) can begin in advance of the start date?
I ask because I'm tempted to pick up Belle as I think it could be a good counter-programming film, but obviously don't want to take it until much further down the draft, so the sooner we start the better. Of course this may not happen and we just won't be able to draft either Belle or Walk of Shame.

How can you begin drafting when the first three players to pick (those being demoted) are not yet confirmed?
Re: 2013-14 Full Year Slates (Division B)
Ah, for some reason I thought those demoted wouldn't draft first, but rather near the bottom (either before the newbies or after the bottom). I thought us losers at the bottom were going to get a chance!silversurfer19 wrote:How can you begin drafting when the first three players to pick (those being demoted) are not yet confirmed?

Re: 2013-14 Full Year Slates (Division B)
I think we're pretty close to cementing the final standings.
I figure W should finish just north of $998M and Buscemi will fall just short of $990M. In order to pass both of them, undeadmonkey will need Heaven is For Real and The Other Woman to combine for about $20M between Friday and Sunday. I'd say the odds of that not happening are right around nil.
As for Division B, Walleye will probably pass JohnErle on Wednesday, and there's no way that The Other Woman by itself will beat both Rio 2 and Heaven is for Real combined.
If everyone (and I mean everyone) were to accept these predictions as concrete, we could conceivably start the draft early, like say Saturday or Sunday. But we'd need to have a consensus or at least an acknowledgement that we are starting early, so that no one is late to the party.

Yeah, I'd agree to that. 4th place. Just off the podium. The worst place possible at the Olympics and in the Full Year League

I'm happy to start early, I suppose the one player it concerns most is Buscemi, as it basically asks whether he is okay with the assumption he will be relegated to Division B if your calculations are correct.

Well, anyone out there is free to do the math. If your conclusions predict a different outcome, don't keep it a secret.

Sorry, wasn't questioning your maths, just highlighting that the only player who would be affected by the decision to start early would be Boushh.
Re: 2013-14 Full Year Slates (Division B)
No, I'm pretty much 100% sure you're right, just thought Boosh should be on board, that's all.
