Iron Man 3 opened to a good but not great 15M Thursday night (and that includes IMAX, 3D and 9:00pm shows).

Won't be the highest grossing movie of the year (nor the Summer).

interesting, theres still a few wide release movies, at least one i can think of, and yet people are taking a whole bunch of limited release and TBD films. curious

Yep there's a handful of wide releases left, but just look at last year and how many "wide" releases ended up making less than $10m. Guess we're not making the same mistake.

It's supposed to be July of 2013 but wouldn't be shocked if it gets bumped.
