I'd be surprised if Phantom got a theatrical release. It reminds me of that William H. Macy U-boat thriller (which I found out was called In Enemy Hands instead of the working title of U-Boat) from several years back that was shot for theatres but ended up being quietly dumped to video.

Edit: it's going to theatres. And opening wide. Sometimes these first-time distributors really surprise me (and their track record as a producer consists mostly of bad DTV sequels).

Dropping Riddick and picking up Mud, which I believe is not on anyone's list?

Done and done. I didn't think Mud had gotten a distributor (seeing how it got little attention at Cannes and the concept of a 135 minute teen-aimed movie being a hard sell).

Well, 2012 has gone and The Weinstein Co didn't release "The Sapphires", so maybe it's time to give up on it...
I'll drop it and grab "The Haunting in Connecticut 2" to replace it.

They are really giving The Haunting in Connecticut a sequel?

It was filmed quite some time ago. Lionsgate is only giving it a quick playoff now.

Why am I on the bottom of the waiver list? If it's because of Mud I think that's a mistake. That film was already picked up and dropped by someone, so it wasn't a new addition and so my position on the waiver should not have been changed.

Also, I'd like to go for The Hive if my waiver position is higher than previous bids.

If it's dropped, they it enters the "added" list for two days. You made a claim right after it was dropped (which is always how it has been done).

It was dropped on the 19th, and I claimed it on the 24th. That's more than 2 days.

Okay. Where were you on the wire then before I made the change?

I have no idea. Didn't take note of it as I wasn't expecting to be moved. Is there no way to revert back to a previous version?

I don't think there is an edit history but I seem to recall that you were at #11.

I thought I was a little higher but I doubt it's enough to win the bid anyway, so we may as well leave it at #11.

Next time double check before you make any permanent changes. At least with this I already know I won't be winning any accolades!
