We'll just place the new people in randomly, but not the first two or last two. It won't affect me either way, but that seems fairest, right?

Yeah, that's good. Finally, we seem to be getting somewhere. I notice this all seems to have come together while six and Chien are not here. Coincidence? Trouble makers....

Nope, FIVE DAYS from now... So get excited!
If it's too close for me or Shryke to call on placements, we'll just have to make our best guess or flip a coin.

Ehh, I don't agree with starting before the last weekend of the season, but if everyone else is cool with it, I won't raise any objections.

Re: 2012-13 Full Year Sign-Up Sheet
I think, considering Banks is closing by $1m per day during the week, even before the weekend Banks will only be $14m behind. I'd be very surprised if he didn't catch up by the time the draft begins on the 25th.
I've been collating movies like crazy last couple of days, placing each movie in categories of how I think they will perform and scouring the internet for some unannounced bargains. I will not be making the same mistake as last year though, what was I thinking picking The Iron Lady in the 5th Round....

Re: 2012-13 Full Year Sign-Up Sheet
Holy shit, go to bed and come back the next day, this is what happens overnight on the boards !
Sorry I missed this whole episode, but to be honest, asI've read all the posts I missed, I started getting the headache, and the more I read, the less I understood what was going to happen. Until W came in and said "Cut the crap guys, let's do this", and wrote what needed to be written. Sometimes I wish I was born with english as my natural language so it would be easier to follow some of the conversations
So in the end this is fine by me, wednesday, 12 rounds if no more than 16 participants. Wednesday ! I really need to get my research going to pick the best films !!
(P.S. : trouble makers, Six and I ? Naaaaaa, and don't start messing with Europeans Surfer, you'll soon be back home with us )

I am disappointed Six you chose an angry little dutch dude to express your feeling, and not an angry little irish dude

Re: 2012-13 Full Year Sign-Up Sheet
There are no angry little Irish dudes. They are brought up on Lucky Charms from an early age with the belief there is a pot of gold at the end of every rainbow. By the time they reach six's age though they realise it is all just a fabrication of marketing companies, so they drink themselves to death on Guinness...
