I had a feeling that Hunger Games would be big (not $300 M big, more like $150ish, but still), and it was on my radar (actually the next one I was going to grab). I pushed it that far back because I was factoring in a possible (in my mind) summer/Thanksgiving move. I didn't think it could produce what it's producing in March, that's for sure.
Tenet: Criterion Edition. Now with more Backwards Man.

I think Ozzy can easily pass Buscemi for third, especially if FYE gets $25M or more this weekend.

Ditto for SS, since the 2nd weekend of Think Like A Man should outdo both Safe and The Pirates combined.

Hah!

Anyway, I can't believe how close this is going to be...

Here's my maths:

Next weekend I expect Hunger Games to earn about $9m and American Reunion to earn about $2.5m. I think 3 Stooges will make $5m and Wrath $2. That leaves a difference of $3.5m for Banks to make over the week.

For Mon-Thurs I project Hunger will make $3m and Reunion $1.5m. I expect 3 Stooges to make $1.5 and Wrath to make about $1. That's a difference of $2m.

So if these predictions are correct W will win by $2.5m. But then again, Wrath could drop significantly, which could tip the balance.

This is so close!
