I'm just hoping for $10M+ at this point... it'll probably only get a 2 week run so it needs those strong pre-sales.

If I have want chance at avoiding demotion, I need to save my waiver claim and hope I get lucky with a date change but that means I need a non-waiver pickup too and options are pretty gross at this point (and won't be getting better with time)

Broly's looking at a $5.5 million opening day. I wonder how that will translate for the weekend.

Not sure... it's definitely going to be super front-loaded but maybe the fact that some shows were sold out (forcing people to wait) combined with the great WoM it's getting among DBZ fans means it'll hold better than the other Funimation stuff. Either way, doing $5M+ on a Wednesday in the middle of January is pretty remarkable for something like this.

Nice late pick-up.

I keep waiting for something to show up on the waiver wire that makes a difference. So far, I'm pretty happy with Little. Might be the best of the bunch for this year.

For the second time, Greta places another film with a woman's name in the title.

I think so, no one owns it and there is no two-week rule at this point in the game.

I guess I'll add Nancy Drew and the Hidden Staircase and drop The Rhythm Section (which is definitely getting moved). It doesn't look like it'll make much money so hopefully I can find something else to add before its release... but at least it's in game.

Props to Sceptre for grabbing that DBZ movie at the last minute. Already at $20M, which is better than most of the late round picks

Fortunately/unfortunately, it’s also doing better than half of my actual draft picks

Greyhound now too? My late round slate is falling apart. I'll hold it for now - figure out what to do next. Shryke I've got No Manches Frida 2 on my slate btw instead of Eli I think it was.

Guess I'll take Unplanned instead of Greyhound. Might need to find a replacement for All-Star soon too. Sheesh.

Jesus fucking christ, how many films juggle dates this late? Dropping The Informer and picking up the Oscar Nominated shorts.
