And if you'd guys like, we can do this on the Italian site. Just have everyone select the films they drafted in a slate, and that way we wouldn't have to worry about updating our slates.

I can set the league up, if someone can give me a link to the site. I can never find that damn thing.

I'll be in Brussels with a bunch of friends this weekend, but I'm sure I'll manage to steal one of my friends' iPhone to check for the draft.

I've created the league (thanks Chien), it's a private league called Nov-Jan Draft League.

I will PM everyone the password and link, and I'll create another thread for the draft and let Tranny know that whenever he picks, the draft will start.

You'll have to wait for the next one. This one will be done in a Division A/Division B format, with the goal being to survive in Division A without being demoted by the Division B winner.

With only two weeks left in the current Draft league season, we need to start talking about the next one, which I would love to encompass the Feb-Apr season.

At the moment, I foresee between 55-60 films opening up in February, March and April. This means that we could have nine players pick six films each, or eight players pick seven films each.

I presume that the draft order hinges on how the current league finishes up, with the person finishing in last getting first pick, and so on. I will send out e-mail to see if everyone on the following list is interested in doing this again.

If draft order cannot be determined until the week before this season starts, we may have to move quickly in determining picks.

If you are not on this list and are interested in playing, please say so, If we go with a nine-player, six-pick format, we could slide you into that ninth spot, or if any of the above players decline to participate this time around.

Well, so far everybody (except Banks, still waiting) has confirmed that they would like to play again, so as it stands, it looks like we will go with the same eight people, plus Surfer. Order will be determined after next weekend's stats, which I will then use to project the final weekend's standings as best I can.

Boosh, in the year-long draft league, how did you decide where to place "new" players in the draft?
