I was in Missouri a couple of weeks ago. There's all kinds of people there as well, as there are where I live. Dumb people are everywhere, as are smart and average people.

I'm going to throw this out there... the forum has fewer than 100 members, and it's been in existence for what, now... 3, 4 years? I don't think there needs to be too much worry about spammers infiltrating.

I was thinking the same thing, though we did have problems with spammers for a while. From my understanding, it was fixed with a new sign up system.

Yeah. I heard that, W. Apparently, 2 users have logged in the site with fake email addresses, and that's called spamming. I didn't spam my email address when I first joined the site.

I don't think we decided on the date. Personally I'd prefer late Sept but by all means go ahead without me (I don't mean that in a passive-aggressive manner!)

Yeah, I can't be involved in such a Top before mid september myself either... I'm committed with attending a genre films festival here, with a whole bunch of korean, japanese, chinese and english speaking thrillers, noirs, sci-fi and I won't have time for a Top before it's over (september 11).

September 11 is the day we remember the World Trade Center Attacks that occured on September 11, 2001. I was 5 when it happened.

OK, if we're gonna plan a different date for the Top 25, I would probably say we do it on September 6, because we will probably get to #1 on the last day of September, which is the 30th.
