Re: 2nd Full Year league draft?

Yes my understanding is that movie that come out in December would be capped to what they make through the 31st. Which makes a draft from Jan-Dec very interesting. April cut offs aren't usually that big of a deal...but December certainly could be.

Re: 2nd Full Year league draft?

Only thing is if the season ends Dec 2020, we'd have to wait until Feb 2021 to figure out those bonuses?
This is the main reason I think we should not do this.

Re: 2nd Full Year league draft?

How about instead of an Oscar bonus we do "Best Pick of the Round" bonus where you get bonus points for having the best pick of each round? Maybe we take round 1 and 2 out of it, since those are mostly easy to pick. So say round 3 through (whatever the last round is) gets a bonus $25M or something??...

Has anyone watched Mindhunters on Netflix? My wife and I watched episode 1 last night and it was SLOOOOOOOOOW. Wondering if it gets any better and we just need to hang in there for a couple more episodes??

Re: What's on the ol' boob tube RIGHT NOW.... or close to no

For me it's something fresh. When I'm watching the movies it seems like it's the same story told over and over again. I don't hate them, and enjoy them for what they are, but having a fresh take is...well...refreshing! I don't mind the slower pace of things, but I think it's just a matter of taste. ...

Re: What's on the ol' boob tube RIGHT NOW.... or close to no

I started watching the Mandalorian yesterday and got 3 episodes in. I think it's pretty great so far. I'm just a half assed Star Wars fan. I've seen all the major movies except for Clone Wars and Solo, but I'm not into the side shows, the cartoons, and I really just don't know that much about the "l...

Re: Cord Cutting Advice

Well I finally pulled the trigger. I waited until I got a new TV on a Black Friday sale. I signed up for YouTube TV and it's pretty great so far. The sports selection is pretty awesome. The only channel I watched that it doesn't have is the History channel, but I downloaded the app for it. Also my w...

Re: Rate That Movie Part IV: Movies Never Sleep

Frozen 2 - 8/10 Wow, I can't believe how much I liked this. I was dreading going to be honest. I thought the first one was just ok and it was one of their most successful movies of all time. The fact that they were able to top the first one, with all that pressure to make something good, was pretty...

Re: 2019-20 Division B Waiver Wire

Are we going to add Downhill to the wire now that it has a 2/14 release date?

Also, did Tranny get Antebellum?

Re: What's on the ol' boob tube RIGHT NOW.... or close to no

Just finished Season 2 of Jack Ryan. It was great. Clearly some plot holes here and there, along with some strange character drop offs from Season 1...but overall and enjoyable watching experience. I must also say, Wendell Pierce may be my favorite supporting actor out there today. He's great in Jac...
